Greg Wolfe on The MA

  • "An excellent example of a group blog, a true community of like-minded but highly individual writers. . . . Topics range from the state of Christian publishing to craft issues to lyrical meditations on writing as a spiritual discipline."

GREGORY WOLFE in Christianity Today, March 2008

I had no idea Chesterton wrote poetry. Thank you!

The lines that stand out for me: "Only where He was homeless / Are you and I at home". I also like "an open house in the evening" where "all . . . are at home". (I forgive him the limiting reference to "men" throughout the poem. It is one aspect of the poem that dates it and makes it very much of its time.)

I obviously need to read more Chesterton than just 'Orthodoxy.' This is incredible!
