This weekend I had the pleasure of assisting author/playwright and Faith in Fiction Retreat conference founder Tiffany Warren's Atlanta Book Release Party at Big Miller Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia (Southeast Atlanta suburb,) GA. As you look through the pictures you will see three things:
Great fellowship among Christian Writers
Happy Book Lovers
What else? Tell me what you see and how it relates to The Master's Artist. How is God manifesting Himself in these pics?
Bonus. As we prepare to celebrate Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday, what about The Master do we not see?
Dee Stewart is a multimedia journalist, novelist, and publicist. She is also inspirational book reviewer for Romantic Times
Magazine, Atlanta Satellite Bookseller for The Mocha Bookstores, and owner of Christian Fiction
Blog. Her writings have appeared in: Spirit Led Woman, Gospel Today, Advanced Christian Writer,
Atlanta Christian Family, Mosaic Literary, Precious Times, Vertical Fix just a
few. In 2009 I will begin hosting book marketing coaching sessions for Christian artists. Follow her on Twitter at DeeGospel. Or visit her site at www.deestewart.com.
There sure were a lot of happy looking people at that event! And isn't that what books and writing are supposed to be about?! Writing something that touches another person and allows us to walk vicariously beside them, as we all navigate the waters of this life...
