Jeanne, I am about to watch the videos now, but I have to say, you've already sold me on Dustin. If I were an agent, I'd be asking for his phone number. Is there a current way to buy his book? Thank you for this beautiful post about an obviously amazing young man. BTW, you write about rabbit trails as though they are a good thing! I am sometimes questioned about my propensity for them. Now I will go down them proudly, though I may never find my way back, hahaha. Love to you!

katdish

Okay...

So where can I get a copy of the book? Totally curious now.

Jeanne Damoff

Thanks, Katy! I did see that copies of the original are still available on amazon, and you won't be sorry if you snag one. Unfortunately the publisher was a bit sloppy, but it's not too hard to look past those flaws. The story itself is pure delight.

As for rabbit trails, Dustin's are intentional and perfectly executed. As long as you can convince your editor that yours are, too, I say go for it. ;)

Love to you, too!

Heather

You know the coolest people. Puts me in mind of Flight of the Conchords.

deb @ talk at the table

I'll absolutely watch these .

and look for the book. Your word is the word.

Jeanne Damoff

Thanks, Heather. I agree I do know some pretty cool folks! Fun times for me. :)

Deb, I'm honored by your confidence and will do my very best to never let you down.

Love, Jeanne

Josiah

Wowza! You know this guy? Lucky duck, you. Dustin is Squib Squared alright!

Sharon Miller

Nice post about a great guy. And the dweeb dancing in the promo video is just adorable! I wonder where he learned those awesome dance moves?? But seriously, I'm really glad you're helping promote Dustin--he deserves every good thing that comes his way :)

Jeanne Damoff

Thanks, Josiah. (I think.)

Sharon, I heard that the dweeb (aka, dancing moron) learned all his moves from his mother. I bet she's a presence to be reckoned with on the dance floor. And, yes, Dustin is as deserving as they come. I wish him all the very best. (I wish that for the dweeb, too. And his mother.)
